Kids and family

Children and families play a big part in the life of Exilio and as often as possible children they are included in what the community is doing.  So don't be surprised to see children serving along with adults. 

But we know that families have special needs and are under unique pressures. The reality of life is that it's not easy being a parent today. So we are busy developing a number of initiatives to support parents and give them and their children a sense of support, fun and adventure.

We currently have a number of specific children's activities both when we gather together as a community and also at other times when the children meet for special fun activities.  But we know we've only just begun...

Over time we are hoping to develop the following groups:

• Bumps and babies
• Kids and co
• Sports for kids
• After-school activities
• Holiday camps

We are also really keen to develop a range of activities for children to enjoy with their parents.

Our aim is to povide a safe and fun environment in which children can experience God’s love for them through age-appropriate activities, relevant Bible teaching, drama, music and discussion.

We are committed to providing your children with a safe and secure environment and giving you the confidence that this is so. All volunteers and leaders are carefully screened and have regular CRB checks.  Our comprehensive child protection policy is regularly reviewed and copies are available to parents.
